? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

RKRTPL, a growing truck transportation & logistics company, is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance of our 16-tyre and 18-tyre truck fleet and lead our workshop team.

What you'll work on:

? Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for 16-tyre/18-tyre trucks

? Supervise mechanics/technicians and ensure fast, quality breakdown repairs to minimize vehicle downtime

? Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and purchase requisitions

? Maintain maintenance logs, service history, and compliance records for each vehicle

? Coordinate with drivers and site teams on reported vehicle issues

? Enforce workshop safety standards and quality of repair work

? Report fleet uptime,



maintenance costs, and recurring issues to management

Who we're looking for:

✅ Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)

✅ Proven experience maintaining heavy commercial vehicles — specifically 16-tyre/18-tyre trucks

✅ Strong practical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and truck systems

✅ Proven ability to manage and get results from a team of mechanics/helpers

✅ Based in Raipur or willing to relocate
