Job Title: Data Scientist / ML Engineer
- 5–8 years of ML engineering experience in a production environment.
- Solid hands-on Snowflake expertise: Snowpark or Pyspark (Python), stored procedures, UDFs, Model Registry.
- Demonstrated track record of taking POC/prototype models to production — including data validation and architectural redesign.
- Proficiency in Python for ML (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or similar) and data engineering.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles: versioning, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, drift detection, retraining pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills; ability to optimise complex queries and data transformation pipelines.
- Analytical rigour — comfortable questioning a model's assumptions with data and proposing evidence based alternatives.
