Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Service cum Sales Engineer to handle installation, service,
and sales of our Veterinary and Human diagnostic products across Odisha. The role requires strong technical
aptitude, a customer-focused approach, and willingness for extensive travel.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
· Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
· Freshers may apply
· 1–2 years of experience in service/sales of medical diagnostic equipment will be an added advantage
Technical Skills:
· Basic engineering knowledge with strong learning capability
· Hands-on troubleshooting skills preferred
Computer Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications

Analytical approach to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Roles & Responsibilities
· Attend and resolve service calls related to diagnostic analyzers
· Carry out installations and provide end-user training
· Perform preventive maintenance for under warranty and AMC/CMC customers
· Promote and support sales of Human and Veterinary diagnostic products
· Maintain proper documentation of service and sales activities
· Ensure timely reporting and updates to the head office

Work Requirements
· Travel: Extensive travel across Odisha is mandatory, with occasional travel to other states as required in emergency situations.
· Flexibility: Willingness to work in adaptable schedules, including on-call support
