Role Description The Senior Sales Engineering Manager will lead a team that bridges academic solutions and client needs, ensuring that schools, parents, and partners understand and adopt The TuitionE’s tutoring offerings. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves managing the sales engineering function, overseeing solution design, and presenting tailored tutoring packages to institutional and individual clients. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing,



and academic teams to translate educational requirements into clear, scalable solutions. Daily responsibilities include guiding pre-sales technical discussions, supervising proposal and demonstration activities, tracking performance metrics, and mentoring team members to achieve growth targets. The role also requires building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing feedback for product improvement, and representing the company in key meetings and events.
