Summary : Lease/Land Analyst will be responsible for onboarding minerals, royalties and leasehold properties in the Land Database. This individual will review and comprehend deeds, assignments, title reports, mineral ownership reports and title opinions utilized in entering data in the Land Database. Further, collaboration with the land acquisition team to confirm all aspects of the properties will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Onboard property data in the Land Database
• Property data includes mineral interest, ORRI interests, NPRI interests, working interests, net revenue interests in oil and gas leases, wells and units.

Qualifications,



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Land administration experience
• Understanding all asthmatic associated with the calculation of the interest types
• Understanding acquisition title materials/reports
• Land data and database experience • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred • Experience with LandVantage Land Database software
