Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Darbhanga, responsible for driving sales of Nandini Makhana products through direct customer interaction, retail partnerships, and local market outreach. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, explaining product benefits and brand values, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role involves meeting sales targets,



maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and supporting promotional activities, sampling events, and in-store demonstrations. The Sales Specialist will also provide feedback from the market to the team, assist in training junior sales staff, and contribute to basic reporting on sales performance and customer trends.
