About the Role

We are looking for a Copy & Content Writer to join the House of Crazies who is as comfortable crafting a killer headline as they are writing a clever prompt.

As Opportunity Creators, we believe great storytelling sits at the intersection of human creativity and technology. You won't just be a wordsmith. You'll be a creative technologist who knows how to use AI to turn a small idea into a much bigger one, without losing the human voice along the way.

You’ll write across social media, advertising, video, blogs, newsletters, and more. You’ll work with Generative AI to ideate, create, adapt, and refine content while making sure every piece still sounds like it was written by a human with something worth saying.

You should be curious, imaginative, sharp with language, and comfortable working with people across creative, technology, and client teams.

How You Create Opportunities

Copy & Content
Write engaging and effective copy across social media, advertising, video scripts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital formats.
Develop ideas and narratives that are clear,



interesting, culturally relevant, and suited to the platform.

Bring rhythm, clarity, personality, and punch to everything you write.
AI & Creative Technology

Use prompt engineering to generate ideas, develop drafts, explore different creative directions,
and refine AI-generated content.
Use AI to adapt, translate, test, and iterate content across channels while maintaining quality
and relevance.
Take AI-generated content and make it sharper, more human, more culturally aware, and more aligned with the intended voice.
Work with technology and design teams to build prompt libraries and workflows that enable the creation of consistent, on-brand content at scale.
