Job Description: Meditation Teacher – Remote

Tara Mindspace is looking for experienced and engaging Meditation Teachers to conduct live online meditation sessions and contribute to the development of high-quality meditation programs.

We are looking for teachers who combine a strong personal meditation practice with the ability to communicate meditation in a simple, relatable, and contemporary way.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide individuals and groups clearly and confidently.
- A deep and consistent personal meditation practice, preferably developed over several years.
- Experience teaching meditation, mindfulness, contemplative practices, breathwork, or related disciplines.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable teaching remotely through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Insight Timer, YouTube, meditation apps, online courses, or similar digital platforms.
- Comfortable conducting live guided meditation sessions and interacting with participants online.
- Ability to explain meditation practices in easy,



practical language without unnecessary jargon.
- Warm, grounded, professional teaching presence.
- Willingness to work with structured meditation programs developed by Tara Mindspace while also bringing one's own experience and teaching strengths.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Background

We would especially like to hear from teachers who have:
- Undertaken meditation retreats or intensive periods of practice.
- Studied or practised within established meditation or contemplative traditions.
- Experience teaching working professionals, parents, beginners, or other structured groups.
- Created guided meditations, online courses, workshops, podcasts, videos, or digital meditation content.
- An existing presence on platforms such as Insight Timer, YouTube, Udemy, Headspace-style platforms, wellness apps, or other digital learning platfo
