Reporting to the International Health Intake Lead within the IHDS Strategic Change function, the IH Portfolio Intake Analyst is responsible for administering the intake processes for all requests across International Health Delivery Services. The role will work closely with the IH Portfolio Intake Lead and the other Intake team members, as well as Regional/ Business Portfolio Leads, business SMEs as well as the Technology SMEs to fulfil the Intake process as part of the overall goal of enabling the business unit to meet it's strategic goals.
The role will also have a responsibility in some elements of Portfolio Reporting and ensuring that accurate, timely reports are produced in order that the Portfolio Leaders have accurate information with which to make data driven decisions.
This is a Band 3 role where the successful candidate will be someone who has experience of working with both business and technology partners, preferably in the Health Insurance arena, and who has experience of working in a change/project setting.

Position Description & Responsibilities:
Administration of the Intake Process:-
Quality checking of intake submissions, checking for appropriate approvals and following up where necessary
Maintenance of intake submissions within our Intake Tool and ensuring it is kept up to date with progress updates during the intake process.
General admin associated with intake – Intake tool updates, Jira updates, general sharepoint and confluence updates, upkeep of the shared mailboxes.
Liaising with Architecture team for assigned architects, set up and admin of intake meetings (capturing and circulating meeting notes and recordings)
Liaising with Product Managers and business readiness reps regarding
