Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad. Key responsibilities include administering HR policies, handling employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting payroll and attendance management. The role involves managing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance evaluations,
