We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Ramachandrapuram region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building solid customer relationships within the designated territory.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base in Ramachandrapuram.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably within the Ramachandrapuram region or a similar market.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
