What You'll Do

We are looking for a Customer Sales Support specialist to support our EMEA GTM org and playing a vital role in enabling our Customer Account Managers (CAMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver outstanding experiences to our customers across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be the engine behind the content and strategy that powers our customer-facing conversations. You will craft compelling presentations, build structured account plans, and develop strategic materials that help our account teams clearly articulate value, drive alignment, and deepen relationships with existing customers.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Design and produce high-quality, customer-ready presentation decks for use by CAMs and CSMs in meetings, QBRs, and strategic reviews
Develop structured account plans and strategic planning documents that support the team in managing and growing existing customer relationships
Work closely with CAMs and CSMs across EMEA to understand account context and translate it into explicit, coherent materials.




Maintain and improve a library of reusable templates, slide assets, and strategic frameworks for the wider account team
Gather inputs from multiple internal stakeholders - including sales, product, and customer success - and distil them into cohesive narratives
Support the preparation of customer-facing business reviews and executive-level presentations
Ensure all materials are consistent with Avalara’s brand, messaging, and strategic positioning
Contribute to continuous improvement of how the team communicates value to customers
Leverage AI tools to streamline the creation of strategic materials and identify opportunities to support CAMs and CSMs in customer-facing interactions, contributing to improved CPO scoring and CSAT
