Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDP & Audience Activation Specialist with robust experience in digital marketing, audience segmentation, customer data, and marketing technology platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand how to translate customer data into meaningful audience segments and activate those audiences across different marketing platforms. The candidate will work closely with marketing teams and the technical CDP team to drive CDP adoption and deliver measurable marketing value.

Key Responsibilities

Work with marketing teams to understand business objectives and translate them into audience segmentation and activation strategies.
Build and define audience segments using customer, behavioral, content, and engagement data.




Understand the end-to-end process from data → segmentation → audience creation → activation → campaign measurement.
Work with the CDP/data engineering team to understand available data and identify opportunities to leverage it for marketing use cases.
Support and advise teams on platforms such as Hightouch, Amplitude, Piano, Zephr, Airship, and Sailthru, including their capabilities and limitations.
Evaluate the existing CDP and MarTech ecosystem and recommend improvements, consolidation, or better ways of using the available tools.
Drive CDP adoption across marketing teams by identifying relevant use cases and demonstrating the value of customer data.
Support known and anonymous audience use cases, including audience identifiers and activation approaches.
Lead client discussions, workshops, presentations, and solution discussions with marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CDP, Audience Management, MarTech
