Role Description The Digital Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves engaging potential and existing clients via phone, email, and digital channels to present company services, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.



The executive will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain service offerings, address customer questions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and supporting campaign-specific outreach. The role also includes providing courteous customer support, escalating complex issues when needed, and contributing to overall revenue growth targets.
