Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Lintcloud’s presence across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on insights.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, responding to audience interactions, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Radhapuram, requiring close coordination with local team members and participation in office-based activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns across multiple platforms.
Solid Social Media Content Creation abilities, including planning, writing, and coordinating visual assets.
Solid foundation in Marketing principles and audience targeting to support broader marketing initiatives.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging audiences and collaborating with internal teams.
Experience using social media analytics tools and applying insights to improve performance.
Ability to work on-site in Radhapur
