ALLEN is building India's most proven preparation system for competitive exams (JEE and NEET) — one that puts a top-ranked coaching experience in every student's home. We're looking for a hands-on growth owner who lives in the funnel and the numbers, and who can turn strategy into daily execution

This is a single-threaded owner role for the commercial engine across ALLEN's Supplemental product line — Test Series, Recorded Courses, and Study Modules. You'll own the journey from traffic → lead → counselling → enrollment across all three products, run pricing and packaging experiments, sharpen the sales pitch for each, and keep the CRM honest.
You won't manage a team yet — you'll be the person who makes the number move

What you'll own
Pricing & packaging — Own the price ladder, offer construction, and bundle logic across Test Series, Recorded Courses, and Study Modules — standalone and cross-sold. Design and run pricing experiments (including bundling logic between the three), model the impact on conversion and net revenue, and decide what ships.




Sales & enrollment — Own the enrollment number end-to-end across all three products. Partner with the counselling team to lift connect-to-enrollment rates and shorten the sales cycle, and understand how buying decisions differ across a test-series buyer, a recorded-course buyer, and a study-module buyer.
Traffic-to-lead funnel — Own conversion across the funnel for each product line: landing pages, PDP-to-lead, form completion, and lead quality. Diagnose drop-offs, run A/B tests, and work with design and performance marketing to fix leaks — including where students land on the wrong product and need to be redirected or upsold.
Counselling pitches — Build and continuously refine the pitch, objection-handling scripts, and sales collateral counsellors use for each product — Test Series, Recorded Courses, and Study Modules each have different value props and need different scripts.
