About the Role
You'll own our digital presence end-to-end — from planning paid campaigns to growing our social channels and turning insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
? Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels
? Manage social media accounts — content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking
? Develop social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
? Create and manage email marketing campaigns
? Monitor website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
? Generate quality leads through paid and organic channels




? Create engaging content for blogs, landing pages, and social posts
? Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
? Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-backed improvements
? Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
What We're Looking For
✅ 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
✅ Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console
✅ Excellent content and copywriting skills
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
