Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure and develop WalkMe solutions for business applications and user journeys
Build and maintain in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and adoption assets using web technologies
Support application enhancement requests and resolve issues raised through ticketing workflows
Collaborate with application teams to implement changes across web-based interfaces
Maintain solution quality across multiple environments and support ongoing updates
Skills Required:
4 to 7 years of relevant experience
Robust hands-on experience with WalkMe DAP configuration and development
Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web-based implementations
Experience supporting enterprise application workflows and user-facing enhancements
Ability to work with ticketing tools and deliver reliable application support
Good to Have:
ServiceNow experience
Application development background
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
