About the Role
Backdropsource is a fast-growing global e-commerce brand delivering custom-printed backdrops and fabrics to customers across international markets (North America & Europe). We're looking for a Senior PPC Expert to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This is a hands-on, ownership role — you'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with a direct line to revenue and ROAS, not just spend management.
⚠️ Hands-on e-commerce (B2B) PPC experience is mandatory for this role.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with mandatory hands-on experience running paid campaigns for an e-commerce (B2B) brand
Proven track record of managing significant ad spend profitably across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong command of GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager,



along with conversion tracking setups — including offline conversion tracking
Analytical, data-driven mindset — comfortable digging into numbers to find the "why" behind performance
Understanding of e-commerce funnels and how paid media connects to overall revenue goals
Capable of helping take a brand or product line from zero to one — comfortable building a paid strategy from the ground up, not just optimizing an existing one
Transparent communicator, able to explain performance and strategy to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels for our international markets (North America & Europe)
Own budget allocation and bidding strategy to hit target ROAS / CPA / CAC across campaigns and markets
Drive keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy/creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance
