Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Maharashtra, with a preference for candidates with experience in cattle feed sales within the region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining solid client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.



Other responsibilities include managing and leading sales teams, analyzing market trends, organizing sales campaigns, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Knowledge of cattle feed products and experience in animal nutrition industries preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and team management skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in market research and understanding of customer needs
Willingness to travel frequently to different locations within Maharashtra
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
