We’re Hiring | Content Strategist & Visual Creator
At Clayco Cosmetics, we’re building a modern skincare brand around simple, gentle and effective beauty rituals — inspired by Japanese skincare rituals and contemporary beauty culture.
We’re looking for a Content Strategist & Visual Creator who can turn brand thinking into compelling stories and scroll-stopping visual experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Develop content strategies, pillars and storytelling frameworks for Clayco
• Shape the brand’s tone of voice, visual language and content identity
• Conceptualise content for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp and digital platforms
• Create reels, static content, carousels, scripts, hooks and campaign concepts
• Develop content around products, skincare rituals, ingredients, consumer insights and beauty culture
• Create moodboards, visual references and creative directions for shoots and campaigns
• Work with designers, creators, photographers, influencers and marketing teams
• Identify beauty, cultural and social trends and translate them into relevant Clayco stories




• Ensure every piece of content looks, feels and sounds distinctly Clayco
• Track content performance and consumer behaviour to continuously improve the content strategy
We’re Looking For
Someone with 3–6 years of experience in Content Strategy, Creative Content, Social Media, Brand Content or a similar role.
✨ Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, branding and digital culture
✨ Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking
✨ Robust visual sense and understanding of aesthetics
✨ Hands-on ability to create and direct social-first content
✨ Strong writing, communication and creative briefing skills
✨ Understanding of what makes content engaging, premium and culturally relevant
✨ Experience with Beauty, Skincare, D2C, FMCG or Lifestyle brands is a plus
