Job Purpose -
To lead and strategize Supply Chain Function for Global Advanced Materials Business, ensuring availability, profit margin, back-end cost management through demand & supply planning, raw material & packing material procurement, warehouses management, logistics management, inventory management and digitalization, enabling the Advanced Materials Business's revenue growth & profitability.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

A. To enable achieving Net Revenue and margin of Advanced Materials Business
1. Define and drive the end-of-end supply chain strategy aligned with the Advanced Materials business strategy, growth plans, revenue and margin objectives.
2. Translate business and commercial forecasts into integrated supply strategies and ensure preparedness for changing demand and market dynamics.
3. Review supply chain performance,



key cost drivers and margin improvement opportunities and ensure timely corrective actions.
4. Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs and review processes to monitor overall supply chain performance.

B. Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Excellence, Cost Competitiveness and Risk Management
1. Define global and regional sourcing strategies for key raw materials, packaging materials and utilities, particularly for strategically critical materials.
2. Drive strategic initiatives for cost optimization, value creation, alternate sourcing and long-term supplier partnerships.
3. Develop and institutionalize a supply chain risk-management framework covering supplier concentration, geopolitical risks, raw material availability, logistics disruptions, regulatory changes and other business continuity risks.

C. Optimize Working Capital, Inventory and Supply Planning. SOPs and end to end supply- demand balancing
