Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.



Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, assisting with staff scheduling, monitoring inventory and supplies, and supporting opening and closing procedures. The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps drive guest satisfaction by resolving service issues, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role also involves assisting with hiring and onboarding, training team members on service protocols, and supporting sales, promotions, and cost control initiatives to achieve operational and financial goals.

Qualifications
