Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to build the master plan for how we introduce our latest game DeepSee VR to consumers. The core focus will be designing campaigns that generate public interest into real app downloads and active users. You will own the full campaign lifecycle. From the big-picture growth strategy down to fixing drop-off points in our sales funnel.

What You'll Do
Build end-to-end campaign strategies focused directly on getting consumers to download/wishlist our game.
Map out the entire journey a user takes—from their very first interaction with DeepSee VR to downloading and using the app—and fix any steps where potential buyers get lost.
Come up with creative campaign ideas, promotional offers, and messaging that make VR simple, exciting, and relatable to everyday consumers.
Set the strategic roadmap and content calendar so all organic posts and community efforts feed directly into conversion goals.




Run tests on landing pages, headline ideas, and launch concepts to constantly improve our download rates.
Look at high-level performance data (downloads, sign-ups, sales conversions) and adjust the long-term marketing strategy based on what the numbers show.

What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience creating and launching consumer marketing strategies that delivered measurable user growth.
Proven track record of building customer journeys that turn casual interest into actual app downloads or product sales.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn technical VR features into benefits that everyday people actually care about.
Explicit understanding of how different channels (social platforms, search, short video, community hubs) connect into one growth pipeline.
