Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support Student Grad’s growth across international and local markets.

The role will involve lead generation, field visits, student engagement, relationship building, event coordination, and follow-ups with prospective students and educational partners.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, networking, and engaging directly with students and stakeholders. As this position is based in Hyderabad, candidates with knowledge of the local language (Telugu) will have an added advantage,



particularly for student engagement, field outreach, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Field Outreach

Conduct field visits to meet prospective students, educational partners, and institutions.
Identify and generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, inquiries, and networking.
Support the Business Development Manager/CEO in achieving monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, partners, and institutions.
Conduct local outreach activities across Hyderabad and surrounding areas to identify new business and student engagement opportunities.

2. Events & Promotions

Coordinate and support local promotional events, seminars, workshops, and educational events.
Represent Student Grad at college fairs, workshops, education expos, and other outreach activities.
