Role Description The Esthetician role at Bellance Salon is a full-time, on-site position based in India. This role involves providing professional skin care treatments, facials, hair removal services, and basic cosmetic procedures in line with Bellance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable services and products, and delivering personalized, high-quality treatments.



The Esthetician will maintain clean and hygienic work areas, follow safety and sanitation protocols, and support retail sales through informed product suggestions. Collaboration with the wider salon team to ensure a seamless, luxury client experience is essential.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with the ability to perform a range of qualified treatments.
Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques, including waxing, threading, and other relevant methods.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on personalized, respectful, and inclusive client interactions.
Sales and product recommendation skills to support retail revenue and client care plans.
Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin care from a recognized institute.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in a salon or spa environment.
