About the Role

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultant who can connect with potential customers, understand their aspirations and requirements, and guide them towards the right learning opportunity.

This is not a hardcore sales or cold-pitching role. The primary responsibility is to have meaningful conversations with customers, understand their background, goals, challenges, and aspirations, and accurately profile them before inviting them to the relevant session.

The right candidate should be a good listener, communicator, and conversationalist who can build trust with customers and understand what they actually need rather than simply pushing a sales pitch.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls and initiate meaningful conversations.
Understand the customer's background, career goals,



aspirations, challenges, and expectations.
Conduct effective customer profiling and identify their requirements.
Build rapport and establish trust during conversations.
Ask the right questions to understand whether the customer is a suitable fit for our sessions/programs.
Consult and guide customers based on their requirements rather than following a scripted sales pitch.
Invite qualified and relevant customers to the appropriate session.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with prospects when required.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding qualified prospects and session participation.
Consistently achieve assigned calling, profiling, and session-invitation targets.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
