Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for EMI/payment collection.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Inform customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines.
Obtain payment commitments and follow up accordingly.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate collection and call records.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Odia & Hindi.
Target-oriented and confident in customer handling.
Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Telecollection/Collection experience preferred; freshers can apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.
