About BhaktiLok
BhaktiLok is a devotional content platform for the Indian market, with a portfolio of consumer apps and a D2C
storefront selling spiritual products. We're building for a Hindi-first, largely Tier 2/3 Indian audience, and we're now
expanding into subscription monetization, regional-language content, and D2C commerce with integrated payments/autopay.

About the Role
We're looking for a PM or Associate PM (2–4 years experience) who has actually run a subscription or monetization
funnel for a regional-language Indian consumer app, and ideally has hands-on exposure to UPI/payments, autopay,
or D2C commerce. This is not a "manage the backlog" role — you'll own outcomes end-to-end across our app
portfolio and D2C storefront: pricing experiments, funnel diagnosis, content/lifecycle strategy, and payments and
checkout decisions, working directly with our founders.

What You'll Own
• Subscription growth & monetization across our consumer apps — pricing experiments, trial-to-paid
conversion, renewal and dunning recovery
• Funnel diagnosis in Mixpanel — acquisition,



trial engagement, renewal health by payment gateway,
payment failure recovery, and cancellation/dunning funnels; translating raw event data into clear "here's what
to fix" recommendations
• Regional-language content & lifecycle strategy — working with Hindi (and ideally other regional language)
cohorts to identify what drives activation, retention, and willingness to pay
• D2C commerce growth — ad creative testing, checkout and payment-method decisions, conversion rate
optimization, and exploring autopay/subscription options for repeat purchase
• Payments & autopay strategy — working with gateways (we currently use Juspay and Razorpay),
understanding renewal success rates by gateway, and improving payment recovery
• Cross-functional execution — writing PRDs, running sprints in Jira, and working directly with founders
(product approvals go through our co-founders) to ship rapid
