Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi, responsible for supporting prospective learners and enrolled students through the admissions and sales process.



This role involves greeting visitors, responding to walk-in and phone inquiries, explaining Board360’s programs and certifications, and guiding individuals through registration and payment steps. The Sales Attendant will maintain accurate records of leads and enrollments, follow up with interested candidates, and collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent information and smooth service. Daily tasks include handling basic administrative duties related to sales, preparing materials for counselling sessions, and providing a welcoming and professional experience to all visitors. The role requires regular coordination with team members to meet enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of learner support.
