Job Summary

The Portfolio Lead provides strategic oversight of the Technology portfolio across one or more domains, ensuring alignment of investments, initiatives, and resources with organizational priorities and business objectives. The role drives portfolio governance, prioritization, financial oversight, performance monitoring, and benefits realization, while providing transparency into portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and value delivery across the Technology organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead and govern the Technology portfolio, ensuring effective portfolio management processes, standards, and governance across assigned domains.
Manage the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, including demand intake, prioritization,



project execution, value realization, and closure.
Drive portfolio reviews, leadership meetings, and monthly business reviews to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor portfolio performance, timelines, dependencies, budgets, risks, and benefits realization against business objectives.
Deliver clear and actionable portfolio reporting, providing visibility of status, risks, financials, and strategic alignment.
Collaborate with Technology leadership, Finance, Procurement, P&O;, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Support resource planning, vendor management, and financial governance, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and SOW processes.
Ensure compliance with organisational standards and methodologies while proactively managing portfolio risks and issues.

Essential Requirements
