Compensation
Fixed Salary: AED 1,500 per month
Fixed Incentive: AED 500–1,500 per month, based on candidate experience
Total Earnings: Up to AED 3,000+ per month
Additional Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission on top of the fixed salary and Fixed Incentive.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Insurance Advisor to join our Retail Medical team. The role focuses on sales, customer advisory, new-business conversion, revenue generation and retention of existing clients across individual and family medical insurance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.



The successful advisor will be expected to convert new opportunities while proactively managing existing clients, protecting renewal business and maintaining strong retention levels.
Prior UAE Medical Insurance experience is highly preferred. However, robust sales professionals from insurance, banking, financial services, telesales or other target-driven industries may also be considered where they can demonstrate a consistent and verifiable performance record.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned Retail Medical Insurance leads and convert opportunities into successfully issued policies.
Proactively manage assigned renewal portfolios and retain existing clients through timely engagement, relationship management and competitive renewal solutions.
Engage customers through inbound/outbound calls, email and other approved communication channels.
Understand customer medical insurance requirements, including budget, provider network, geographical coverage, benefits and service expectations.
