Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job: (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):

Lead the monthly core buy collaboration process for all product categories, consolidating regional demand into a single global buy recommendation
Summarize global and regional buys, providing leadership with visibility into key changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks
Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional demand and need by dates
Monitor supplier plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints and delivery risks
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes,



supplier performance, and ways of working
Partner directly with vendors throughout the implementation of a recent collaboration tool to drive successful adoption across the vendor base
Support speed-to-market models by aligning demand, capacity, and delivery plans with accelerated business timelines
Lead, develop, and manage Senior Supply Planning Analysts

Experience

Qualifications & Experience

7+ year of experience in apparel supply planning, production, or sourcing
Prior experience working with regional partners
Prior experience with supervising and developing direct reports
