Job Description

Investor Relationship & Fund Mobilization
Build and strengthen relationships with corporates for ICD placements and renewals
Drive investor confidence by effectively presenting ICD products as treasury management solutions
Develop long-term partnerships with corporates, NBFCs, and financial institutions
Business Development & Sales
Generate and close leads for ICD mobilization through direct corporate engagement
Map opportunities with target corporates and prepare structured pitch presentations
Achieve fund-raising targets in line with organizational objectives
Credit Assessment & Structuring
Leverage credit rating background to assess corporate profiles, evaluate risk, and ensure compliance
Structure ICD deals aligning investor needs with company’s fund-raising strategy
Stakeholder Management




Maintain close coordination with internal teams including treasury, compliance, and risk
Act as the primary contact for corporates, ensuring smooth transaction execution and post-investment servicing

Skills And Knowledge

Strong understanding of Credit Rating processes, Corporate Finance, and Treasury products
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate leaders
Strong analytical and presentation skills
High integrity, regulatory awareness, and solid execution capability

Certifications

Insurance / Mutual Funds preferred
