Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring efforts across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment, and building strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

End-to-End Recruitment

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing,



offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
Handle hiring across multiple roles including marketing, creative, tech, sales, operations, and leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations.

Sourcing & Employer Branding;

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social platforms, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing company culture and opportunities.

Candidate Experience & Coordination

Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

Process Improvement

Continuously improve hiring processes for speed, quality, and efficie
