Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive – Residential Solar Projects to drive residential solar EPC sales in Kanpur and surrounding areas.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, presenting customized solar solutions, closing sales, and coordinating with the execution team for successful project handover.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in field sales, and a willingness to travel locally.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for residential solar projects.
Meet homeowners, builders, small businesses, and other prospective customers.




Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to generate and convert leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business networks.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Site Visit & Customer Consultation

Conduct residential site visits and understand customer requirements.
Assess basic site feasibility for solar installation.
Understand customer's electricity consumption, budget, and energy requirements.
Explain solar system capacity, expected savings, ROI, installation process, and advantages.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and sales objections.

Proposal & Sales Closure

Prepare and present customized solar EPC proposals.
Explain technical and commercial aspects of solar solutions in a simple manner.
Negotiate with customers within approved company pricing and commercial
