The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in school leadership and administration, with a strong background in managing a boarding school environment. The candidate should be capable of ensuring academic excellence, student welfare, discipline, staff management, parent coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations of both the day school and boarding facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

Provide strategic and academic leadership to the school.




Ensure effective implementation of the prescribed curriculum and academic policies.
Monitor teaching standards, lesson planning, assessments, and student performance.
Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers to ensure high-quality education.
Introduce initiatives for continuous academic improvement and student development.
Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

School Administration

Oversee the overall day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the school.
Lead and manage teaching, administrative, residential, and support staff.
Ensure effective coordination between different departments.
Maintain discipline, professional standards, and a positive work culture.
Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and operational systems.
Ensure proper communication and coordination with parents and other stakeholders.

Boarding & Residential Operations

Oversee and monitor the smooth functioning of the boarding facilities.
