Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain agreements, documents, forms, and administrative records.
Provide administrative support to departments and managers.
Update MIS and maintain procedure manuals.Manage stationery, office supplies, and inventory.
Ensure a clean, organized, and skilled office environment.
Coordinate employee travel arrangements.
Monitor administrative costs and maintain quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other office infrastructure.




Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, waste management, and pest control services.
Supervise front office operations, visitor management, and events.
Coordinate access cards, security protocols, and safety audits.
Maintain facility logs, vendor bills, and operational reports.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service standards.
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Quality-focused with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
