Responsibilities
Provide production support for Mainframe applications.
Monitor and manage batch jobs using Control-M.




Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform abend analysis and troubleshoot COBOL, JCL, and VSAM-related issues.
Support release, deployment, and operational activities.
Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
