? We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager - Institutional Sales

? Reporting to: Vice President – Institutional Sales & Agri Business

About the Role Hesa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is building solid market linkages between rural producers (FPOs, SHGs, PACS, farmers) and institutional buyers across India. We are seeking a driven professional to expand institutional sales across agri commodities, FMCG, food products, and rural products.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage institutional customers (HORECA, retail chains, e-commerce, government, defence, hospitals, corporates).

Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Manage key accounts, negotiations, and contracts.

Coordinate with procurement, quality, finance, and logistics for seamless execution.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Business, Agriculture, Commerce, Food Technology (MBA Marketing preferred).

4–8 years in B2B/Institutional Sales (Agri commodities, FMCG, HORECA, Govt procurement, exports).

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.

Willingness to travel extensively.
