Role Description The #LogisticsSpecialist(OTR/Drayage) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating OTR and drayage shipments, including scheduling loads, assigning carriers, and monitoring transit to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves daily communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment updates, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in company systems.

The Logistics

Specialist will track performance metrics, analyze freight data, and support rate negotiations to optimise routes and costs. Additional responsibilities include handling documentation,



supporting export-related logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret shipment data, identify trends, and support cost and route optimization.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes to manage end-to-end freight operations and related documentation.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding (OTR and/or drayage) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced on-site environment in Mohali district, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with logistics management software, spreadsheets, and basic office tools; familiarity with TMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Educational background in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
