Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products for construction and engineering projects. Day-to-day activities include managing logistics operations, optimizing transport routes, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Manager will also oversee documentation, compliance with safety and quality standards, and cost control related to logistics and supply chain activities. Collaboration with procurement, project management, and warehouse teams is key to ensuring smooth operations and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to plan, coordinate, and optimize material movement and distribution.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to monitor stock levels, manage warehouses, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of materials.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills to support vendor coordination, material sourcing, and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, ensuring responsive and reliable support.
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing logistics is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP or logistics management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in logistics or SCM are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
