Role Description The Logistics Coordinator role at FR8 is a full-time remote position focused on managing and optimizing day-to-day transportation operations. This role involves coordinating shipments between truck owners and consignees, monitoring delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation for each load.

The Logistics

Coordinator will track truck locations, anticipate delays, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders to maintain service quality. Daily tasks include working with inventory and routing data, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes.



The individual will also support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and suggesting operational enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, monitor performance, and support routing and capacity decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with truck owners, consignees, and internal teams, and to provide clear, timely updates.
