Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) Mandatory | LLB Preferred
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Company Secretary with strong experience in end-to-end LLP compliances.
What We're Looking For
✅ Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
✅ 3–4 years of hands-on experience in LLP compliances.
✅ Strong knowledge of MCA portal filings and LLP regulations.
✅ Excellent drafting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Exposure to ICAI and IBBI compliance frameworks will be an added advantage.
⭐ Experience with compliance management tools/platforms is preferred.
