Role Description The Lithium Battery Production Engineer and Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur. The role involves overseeing daily production activities for lithium battery assembly, including monitoring assembly lines, coordinating with technicians and operators, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. The individual will manage process documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize production workflows, and support implementation of current designs or process improvements.

They will collaborate with R&D; and quality teams to conduct testing, maintain compliance with relevant standards, and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.



The role also includes scheduling and supervising shifts, training team members, and preparing regular reports on production performance and resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of lithium battery technology, cell chemistry basics, and battery pack assembly processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in production planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization for manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess experience in quality control, inspection procedures, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Candidates should possess abilities in troubleshooting equipment issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess team supervision skills, including shift management, staff training, and clear communication across departments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using basic engineering tools, MS Office, and production reporting systems.
