Role Description

Quascenta is seeking a LinkedIn Content Manager to join our team in Chennai for a full-time, on-site position. The role involves managing the company's LinkedIn content strategy, creating and publishing engaging posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring user engagement.



The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals, research industry trends, and contribute to enhancing Quascenta's online presence.

Responsibilities also include analyzing metrics to optimize LinkedIn campaigns and reporting on performance insights.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Content Strategy, Social Media Management with a strong focus on LinkedIn engagement
- Exceptional skills in Content Writing in English, Editing, and Proofreading
- Experience with Digital Marketing, SEO, and Analytics Tools
- Solid Research skills to understand industry trends and target audience preferences
- Ability to create compelling and creative posts aligned with our brand voice
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or software industries is a plus
