About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Life Skills Trainer who can not only deliver high-impact sessions but also bring creativity and empathy into the classroom. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to capture the imagination of young learners through storytelling, interactive exercises, games, and reflection activities — making learning fun, relatable, and impactful.

This is a multi-dimensional role, combining training delivery, curriculum design, and program coordination — ideal for someone who wants to contribute to an evolving life skills education ecosystem.

Research global and Indian life skills frameworks and social-emotional learning models to design age-appropriate, impactful programs for children aged 8–12 years.

- Design, develop, and continuously refine engaging life skills curriculum using storytelling, games, interactive exercises, reflections, and experiential learning tools.
- Ensure the life skills program is developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant, and aligned with school boards, student needs, and holistic child development goals.
- Facilitate dynamic, creative, and emotionally engaging life skills training sessions in schools and partner institutions for students, teachers, and parents.
- Customize training methodologies based on learner age, context, and learning styles to ensure high engagement and long-term behavioral impact.
- Deliver sessions covering core life skills such as self-awareness, empathy, critical thinking, gratitude, thought management, habit formation, resilience, and lifelong learning.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, teachers, parents,



and school leadership, acting as the primary point of contact for life skills program execution.
- Prior experience as an English teacher in a school (Primary or Middle School level preferred) will be strongly preferred.
- Collaborate closely with counselors, educators, and subject-matter experts to ensure an integrated and holistic learning experience.
- Work with marketing and research teams to support program communication, impact storytelling, and outreach initiatives.
- Enable the sales team by explaining program outcomes, learning objectives, and impact narratives to support institutional onboarding.
- Conduct internal training and capacity-building sessions to strengthen facilitation skills, pedagogy, and curriculum delivery standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Understanding of psychology, child development, or education frameworks.
- Project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
- Passion for youth development and transformational education.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
- Prior experience as English teacher is required.
- Certifications or training in Life Skills, SEL, Counselling, or Coaching preferred.
