Role Description The Legal Executive at LoanMukt™ will handle day-to-day legal operations, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to client engagements and financial arrangements. The role involves providing internal legal guidance, supporting compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and coordinating with external legal partners when required.

The Legal

Executive will manage matters related to property law and conveyancing as needed, maintain accurate legal records,



and assist in assessing legal risks in debt resolution strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with the consulting and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Experience providing Legal Advice in a consultancy or corporate environment, with a focus on risk assessment and compliance.
- Knowledge of Property Law and practical experience in Conveyancing, including property transactions and related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent); enrollment with a recognized bar council is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and meet deadlines responsibly.
