Are you an experienced commercial office leasing professional with a strong network and a passion for closing high-value deals?

Key Responsibilities

Generate new office leasing opportunities and occupier mandates.

Build relationships with corporates, MNCs, GCCs, developers, landlords, IPCs, and channel partners.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable office space solutions.

Manage property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and transaction closures.

Work on Built-to-Suit (BTS) requirements and developer alternative opportunities such as schools, hospitals, and data centers.

Track market trends, available inventory,



rentals, and leasing opportunities.

Achieve leasing revenue and transaction targets.

Desired Profile

8–10 years of experience in commercial office leasing / corporate real estate.

Strong network with occupiers, developers, landlords, brokers, and IPCs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Solid understanding of commercial leasing transactions and market dynamics.
