Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist (Night Shift) – US Process will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for team members supporting US-based operations. This full-time, on-site role is located in Rajarhat and involves conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, managing learning materials, and coordinating with operational leaders to identify skill gaps. The specialist will create and update instructional content, including slide decks, e-learning modules, and job aids, aligned with process requirements and performance goals.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring training effectiveness,



tracking learner progress, maintaining records in learning systems, and providing coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance. The role also collaborates with HR and management to support onboarding, continuous learning initiatives, and compliance-related training for night shift employees.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, deliver, and track effective learning programs.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design for creating structured, engaging, and process-specific training materials.
- Excellent Communication abilities for facilitating sessions, presenting content clearly, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Coaching skills for providing constructive feedback, supporting performance improvement, and mentoring team members.
- Experience working with US processes or international operations, preferably in technology, engineering, or healthcare environments.
- Comfort with night shift schedules and in office work in Rajarhat, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic data analysis to review training metrics and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent work experience in L&D.;
- Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles and maintain an inclusive, non-discriminatory learning environment.
